Process:
Go to Account (bottom right of the home page).
Tap on your account name.
On the Account Type tab, tap either:
Upgrade to Verified Account → if you’re a private user (i.e. not a TNVS/delivery rider)
Upgrade to TNVS Verified Account → if you’re a TNVS/delivery rider under one of our partner companies (Angkas, Foodpanda, Grab, Lalamove, Move It, InDrive, Xpress)
Fill out the form and submit your application.
Wait 2–3 business days. You’ll get a push notification once approved.
