Creating a VIP account
With the integration of SEAOIL's VIP Loyalty Program with PriceLOCQ, you can now conveniently monitor, earn, and redeem VIP points directly from the PriceLOCQ app! The VIP tile will be right on the PriceLOCQ homepage, and by clicking on it, you can see the history of the points earned, the details of your membership, special offers, and rewards and benefits redemption.
Here's what this integration means for you based on your status as of September 16, 2024:

✅ | ✅ | Provided that you used the same mobile number in both your PriceLOCQ and VIP accounts, then all your existing points from your VIP account will now be transferred to PriceLOCQ, where you can continue to monitor them moving forward. Any VIP cards linked to your VIP account will automatically be linked to your PriceLOCQ account as well. If you have more than one membership type under the same mobile number, the points from all these accounts will be merged, and the highest membership tier will be retained (tiering is VIP Biz > VIP Rides > VIP Consumer -- e.g. if you have VIP Biz, VIP Rides, and VIP Consumer, then the points from all 3 will be added up and your final membership type will be VIP Biz). If you did not use the same number but would like to transfer your points, kindly reach out to us via Messenger so we can assist you. |

Earning VIP Loyalty Points
- You can earn points by purchasing any SEAOIL products!
- When using PriceLOCQ as your mode of payment, VIP points will be automatically added to your balance. Points computation will be based on the Final Amount Paid (post-discounts) for Pay with LOCQPay transactions, and on the Total Credit Price for Pay with Liters transactions.
- When using cash or other non-PriceLOCQ modes of payment, you will need to present your VIP account (on the PriceLOCQ app) to the station crew so they can credit your VIP points manually.
You can see your full points transaction history at the bottom portion of the VIP landing page, which is accessible via the VIP tile on the PriceLOCQ homepage.
