I accidentally topped up the wrong fuel type. Can I convert my Liter Balance to a different fuel type?

As a policy, we only allow quick conversions between Gas products (e.g. Gas 91 to Gas 95 or Gas 97, or any such combination). You can do this yourself directly on the app by following the steps here.

We generally do NOT allow conversions from Gas to Diesel and vice versa, as they are difficult  to process under varying market conditions. However, if you'd like us to reevaluate your case, you may send an email to support@pricelocq.com or reach out to us on Messenger with the following details so we can assist you further:

• Name

• Registered mobile number

• Number of liters to convert

• Product you're converting from

• Product you want to convert to

• Reason for conversion
