My camera isn't working on the app, so I can't scan the QR code.

Make sure you allow PriceLOCQ to access your camera when prompted. You can toggle this by going to your phone's Settings and enabling camera access for PriceLOCQ. Restart the app after doing so before attempting to scan again.


If the problem still persists after that, kindly send an email to support@pricelocq.com or reach out to us on Messenger with the following details so we can assist you further:

  • Name

  • Registered mobile number

  • Date and time when problem was encountered

  • Screenshot of the problem

  • Phone model

  • Phone OS (e.g. iOS 13, Android 9.0)

  • Internet provider
