Currently, we only allow voiding of duplicate transactions (i.e. if your account was charged twice for one transaction). You may send an email to support@pricelocq.com or reach out to us on Messenger with the following details so we can assist you further:
Name
Registered mobile number
Screenshot of the transaction (can be accessed via Transaction History)
Reason for voiding
We will first confirm with the station if the transaction was indeed charged twice before we refund you the liter or peso amount.
Alternatively, you may also request for voiding from the station crew of the station itself, as long as the disputed transaction occurred in the current month (e.g. if the disputed transaction happened on January 5, you may request for voiding from the station until January 31).
If you have a different reason for your request, you may send us the same information as above, but this will still be subject to investigation.
