Can I request for a refund on my RFID top-up?

For RFID top-up issues that were caused by a PriceLOCQ error: Reversal requests can be submitted at most two (2) days after the date of the transaction being disputed. If proven to be valid, the refund shall be processed within thirty (30) days upon reception. 


You may send an email to support@pricelocq.com or reach out to us on Messenger with the following details so we can assist you further:

  • Name

  • Registered mobile number

  • Date and time when problem was encountered

  • Screenshot of the problem

  • Phone model

  • Phone OS (e.g. iOS 13, Android 9.0)

  • Internet provider


For RFID top-up issues that were not caused by a PriceLOCQ error: Kindly reach out to the customer hotline of Autosweep/Easytrip so they can assist you with your request.
